About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding use of the electronic certificate

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding use of the electronic certificate.

2. Recognize invalid Items 3 and 4 of changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding determination of types of the digital signature which use is allowed in case of the request for receipt of the state and municipal services approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 21, 2013 No. 425 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding determination of types of the digital signature which use is allowed in case of the request for receipt of the state and municipal services" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 22, the Art. 2809).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of articles 1 and 2 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2020 No. 478-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation", except for the subitem "an" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution.

4. Determine that the subitem "an" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
