Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of the order by the managing company performing functions on management of the territory of the advancing social and economic development, transferred by it to the possession or lease by the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property, buildings, structures and constructions located in the territory of the advancing social and economic development, and also infrastructure facilities of the territory of the advancing social and economic development approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 24, 2015 No. 390 "About procedure for transfer of the managing company performing functions on management of the territory advancing social and economic development, on the property right or leases of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property, buildings, structures and constructions located in the territory of the advancing social and economic development, and procedure for the order such parcels of land, buildings, structures and constructions, and also infrastructure facilities of the territory of the advancing social and economic development" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 18, Art. 2710; 2018, No. 20, Art. 2848; No. 52, Art. 8288; 2019, No. 7, Art. 622).
