Rules of transfer of the managing company performing functions on management of the territory of the advancing development, on the property right or real estate lease, being in the state-owned or municipal property and the advancing development located in the territory of, and (or) other property necessary for ensuring functioning of the territory of the advancing development and (or) ensuring implementation of activities of residents of the territory of the advancing development which is in the state-owned or municipal property;

Rules of the order the managing company performing functions on management of the territory of the advancing development, the transferred by it to the possession or lease by the real estate which is in the state-owned or municipal property and located in the territory of the advancing development and (or) other property necessary for ensuring functioning of the territory of the advancing development and (or) ensuring implementation of activities of residents of the territory of the advancing development which is in the state-owned or municipal property, and also other property belonging to managing company and being infrastructure of the territory of the advancing development.
