1. To privatization agency under the Ministry of Economy and Trade to transfer to council of municipium of Chisinau and Belts:

the database about privatization of housing stock on the electronic medium;

the documents accepted from citizens and not considered by the Republican commission on privatization of housing stock;

the documents submitted by citizens based on which decisions are made, but are not issued purchase and sale agreements, reception-transmission of housing in private property.

2. To the public archive agency:

together with councils of municipiums of Chisinau and Belts within a month after publication of this Resolution to provide acceptance of materials about privatization of housing stock from privatization Agency under the Ministry of Economy and Trade by the relevant municipal archives according to nomenclatures;

provide free of charge to privatization Agency under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of service in systematization of the documents which are subject to transfer to the specified archives.

3. Issue to local and regional councils the purchase and sale agreements, reception-transmission of housing in private property including which are drawn up based on the decisions which are earlier accepted by the commissions on privatization of housing stock.

4. For the purpose of creation of the single database:

To privatization agency under the Ministry of Economy and Trade from the date of publication of this Resolution to transfer to Specialized enterprise in the field of the inventory the database to 15-day time about privatization of housing stock on the electronic medium;
