About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 2015 No. 15-02/584 "About approval of phytosanitary standard rates, forms of phytosanitary accounting, and also Rules of their representation"
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 2015 No. 15-02/584 "About approval of phytosanitary standard rates, forms of phytosanitary accounting, and also Rules of their representation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11913, it is published on September 23, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to the subitem 15) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 3, 2002 "About protection of plants" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" I ORDER:";
to be reworded as follows the phytosanitary standard rates approved by the specified order according to appendix 1 to this order;
to be reworded as follows the forms of phytosanitary accounting approved by the specified order according to appendix 2 to this order;
The rules of representation of forms of phytosanitary accounting approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 3 to this order.
2. To provide to department of veterinary, phytosanitary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
