About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 29, 2016 No. 88

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 29, 2016 No. 88 "About approval of the Instruction about requirements imposed to form and content of the business plan of development of insurance company, procedure for its assessment and representation, form and procedure for submission of the report on accomplishment of the business plan of development of insurance company" the following changes:
1.1. state the name in the following edition:
"About requirements to the business plan of development of insurance company";
1.2. to exclude from preamble of the word "About Insurance Activity" and "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus";
1.3. in Item 1:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add with the word "(is applied)";
1.4. in the Instruction about requirements imposed to form and content of the business plan of development of insurance company, procedure for its assessment and representation, form and procedure for submission of the report on accomplishment of the business plan of development of the insurance company approved by this resolution:
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "The Republic of Belarus (Further — the Ministry of Finance)";
