About requirements to the business plan of development of insurance company

Based on Item 3 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2024 No. 344-Z "About insurance activity" and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the Instruction about requirements to the business plan of development of insurance company, form, procedure and terms of submission of the business plan of development, the report on its accomplishment, evaluation procedure of the business plan of development of insurance company it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
