3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of approval of the specifications and technical documentation on new, advanced veterinary medicines, feed additives (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 46-6) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterinary science" and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" (further - the Law on the state services) and determine procedure for approval of the specifications and technical documentation on new, advanced veterinary medicines, feed additives, and also procedure for rendering the state service "Approval of the Specifications and Technical Documentation on New, Advanced Veterinary Medicines, Feed Additives" (further - the state service).
