About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Regulations on the orphanage of family type approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2002 No. 564 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 18, Art. 925; 2016, No. 60, Art. 2052; 2020, No. 50, Art. 1568):

The paragraph third Item 2 to replace 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"Pupils live and are brought up in orphanage of family type before achievement of 18-year age. After achievement of 18-year age such persons in case of continuation of training in organizations of general average, professional (professional), professional prehigher and higher education can continue to live and be brought up at their choice in this orphanage of family type before the termination of the relevant educational institutions.

Persons from among the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship which establishes disability at their choice can continue to live and be brought up in orphanage of family type before achievement of 23-year age by them irrespective of whether they study in organizations of general average, professional (professional), professional prehigher, higher education.".
