About approval of Changes in Regulations on the BankID System of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 5, 9 Laws of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services", for the purpose of settlement and optimization of work of single system of BankID of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the BankID System of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 17, 2020 No. 32 (with changes) (further - the Provision) which are applied.

2. To banks of Ukraine - identifying subscribers of the BankID System of the National Bank of Ukraine to bring the activities into accord with requirements of Items 34-1 and 34-2 of the Section III of Provisions no later than July 01, 2021.

3. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Andrey Podderegin) to inform subscribers of the BankID System of the National Bank of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.

5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
