Based on Item 6, of the paragraph of the fourth Item 16 of the Regulations on functioning of system of traceability of goods approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2020 No. 496, of subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine the scope of information, represented by EDI providers to the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection and subject to inclusion in the program complex "System of Traceability of Goods" of the state information system "Software and Hardware Complex on Automation of Settlement Process of the Taxes Which Are Subject to Payment in the Budget, Charges (Duties) and to Submission to Tax Authorities of Tax Declarations (Calculations) in Electronic Form" (further - the SPT personal computer), according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

2.1. for the purposes of this resolution terms are used in the values determined in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2020 No. 496 "About traceability of goods";

2.2. the data specified in Item 1 of this resolution:

are transferred by EDI provider of the consignor in real time to the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection in the form of the electronic document at the time of their receipt in information system of electronic document management of EDI provider;
