About the collected income of the public organizations subordinated to Academy of Sciences of Moldova

Based on article 12 of the Law on budget system and budget process No. 847-XIII of May 24, 1996 (special release is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005) and according to article 125 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about science and innovations No. 259-XV of July 15, 2004. 1. Approve:

The list of the works and services which are carried out and performed for a fee by the organizations, subordinates of Academy of Sciences of Moldova and rates for them according to appendix No. 1;

Procedure for forming and use of the collected income of the organizations subordinated to Academy of Sciences of Moldova according to appendix No. 2.

2. Determine that remaining balance of the means received as a result of rendering the services in 2005 which are not included in the list remains for use in 2006.

3. This Resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
