About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. No. 300 "About the organization of high agro-industrial technology production of complete cycle" to add item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2016 with subitem 4.5-1 of the following content:
"4.5-1. approval of reasonable departures from requirements of technical regulatory legal acts, obligatory for observance, in the field of technical regulation and standardization within implementation of the investment project is provided with republican state bodies which claimed and enacted such technical regulatory legal acts;".
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time:
establish features of acceptance for operation of objects of high agro-industrial technology production of complete cycle and the infrastructure facilities of agro-industrial production created according to Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2016 No. 300;
provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
