About creation of the National commission on maintaining the Red List

According to Art. 15 of the Law No. 325-XVI of December 15, 2005 on the Red List of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 21-24, 95) DECIDES: the Government

1. Create the National commission on maintaining the Red List.

2. Approve: staff of the National commission on maintaining the Red List according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on the National commission on maintaining the Red List according to appendix No. 2.

3. Determine that in case of dismissal of persons which are part of said commission, their obligations as a part of the commission will be carried out by persons who are again appointed to these positions without adoption of the new order of the Government.
