1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Infrakos" of Space committee of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company) by accession to it of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Garysh-Ekologiya research center of Space committee of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine the main objects of activity of the company ensuring safety and rational use of the objects of the Baikonur complex which did not be part and excluded from structure leased by the Russian Federation, and also implementation of applied scientific research in the field of providing ecological safety of space-rocket activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To space committee of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 09.10.2025 No. 846

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
