About introduction of amendments to Minekobezopasnosti's order of Ukraine of January 14, 1999 No. 12

According to the subitem 25 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Instruction about content and creation of the passport of places of waste disposal approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety of Ukraine of January 14, 1999 No. 12, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 03, 1999 for No. 60/3353, the following changes:

in Chapter 2:

in paragraph six of the word "full name of the owner of MUO and code under RCBO" shall be replaced with words "full name of the owner of MUO and identification code;

in paragraph eight of the word "EGRPOU — the Unified State Register of the Companies and Organizations of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming";

in Chapter 3:

in paragraph one to replace the word of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources with the word of "the Min. environment";

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations after approval of passports of MUO and their annual review direct in a month their electronic versions to the e-mail address of structural division concerning the address with waste of the Min. environment.";

in appendix 1 of the word "code under RCBO" shall be replaced with words "identification code".
