In pursuance of item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 1998 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register of places of waste disposal" I ORDER to No. 1216:
1. Approve the Instruction about content and creation of the passport of places of waste disposal it (is applied).
2. And regulations of ecological safety to provide to head department of waste provision of the Instruction about content and creation of the passport of places of waste disposal of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine at the scheduled time.
3. And regulations of ecological safety together with the National center of the treatment of dangerous wastes in week time after state registration in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to head department of waste with Instruction copies about content and creation of the passport of places of waste disposal Republican committee on environmental protection and natural resources of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Public administration of Minekobezopasnosti in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, the Main state ecological inspection.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister V. V. Vasilchenko.
