the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety of Ukraine of January 14, 1999 No. 12 "About approval of the Instruction about content and creation of the passport of places of waste disposal", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 3, 1999 at No. 60/3353;
the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety of Ukraine of February 17, 1999 No. 41 "About approval of form of the register card of objects of education, processing and waste recycling and the instruction for its creation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 18, 1999 at No. 169/3462;
the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of July 7, 2008 No. 342 "About approval of standard form of primary accounting documentation No. 1-W "Accounting of waste and packaging materials and container" and the Instruction for its filling", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 09, 2008 at No. 824/15515.
2. To provide to management concerning waste management submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Victoria KIREEVA.
