About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget of Ukraine for updating of railway vehicles for transportation of passengers and upgrade of railway infrastructure for development of passenger traffic

According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget of Ukraine for updating of railway vehicles for transportation of passengers and upgrade of railway infrastructure for development of passenger traffic which is applied.
2. Determine that requirements of Item 9 of the Procedure for creation, considerations, the approval and the main requirements to accomplishment of estimates of budgetary institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2002 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 9, Art. 414), concerning criteria of determination of receivers of budgetary funds are not applied during determination of the receiver of budgetary funds according to the "Updating of Railway Vehicles for Transportation of Passengers and Upgrade of Railway Infrastructure for Development of Passenger Traffic" program.
3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
