For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about measures for maintenance by bank holding, and also the large member of bank - the physical person owning directly or indirectly more than twenty five percent voting and (or) placed (less exclusive and redeemed by bank) bank shares, coefficients of sufficiency of equity of bank and banking conglomerate.

2. From the date of enforcement of this resolution to declare invalid the resolution of Board of the Agency of August 27, 2005 No. 309 "About approval of the Instruction about measures for maintenance of coefficients of sufficiency of equity of banking group by bank holding" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 3850).

3. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To department of strategy and analysis (Edenbayev E. S.):

1) together with Legal department (Baysynov M. B.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution;
