About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of public service and municipal service

For the purpose of further enhancement of the mechanisms regulating single questions of the organization of public service and municipal service according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of public service and municipal service according to appendix.

2. Determine that the competitive procedures begun before entry into force of this resolution come to the end without the changes established by this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.

Appendix

Changes in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of public service and municipal service

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the organization of the public civil service and municipal service" of December 29, 2016 No. 706 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out tender and office promotion on the public civil service and municipal service of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 10:

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"-representatives of institutes of civil society of the corresponding industry orientation and veterans of industry (under approval);";
