1. Approve the offers of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent, the Ministry of Finance, and also the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty providing:

step-by-step implementation of new procedure for the direction of 5 percent of the approved total expenses of the relevant budgets on financing of the actions created on the basis of public opinion since May, 2021 - in areas (cities) according to appendix, since January 1, 2022 - in all areas (cities) of the republic;

increase since July 1, 2021 from 10 percent to 30 percent of the minimum size of additional resources of budgets of areas (cities) allocated for financing of the actions created on the basis of public opinion.

2. To the Ministry of Finance in week time to provide allocation to budgets of areas (cities) selected according to appendix to this resolution, in addition 92,7 of one billion sum at the expense of means of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
