About approval of the Regulations on procedure for designation of Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of legal settlement of the relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the adjacent states in the field of designation of Frontier the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for designation of Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, providing:
types, forms, sizes of border markers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their description;
procedure for designation of Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan on areas and installations of border markers.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To service of state security together with the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also other interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Zh. Ramatov.
