About preparation for the II International festival of art of bakhsha and additional measures for creating favorable conditions for development of art of bakhsha
For the purpose of broad promotion of art of bakhsha at the republican and international level, holding the International festival of art of bakhsha also in other regions of the republic, revival and development based on peculiar styles of execution of creative schools in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Kashkadarya, Samarkand, Surkhandarya and Khorezm regions on the basis of traditions "ustoz-shogird":
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Culture, Academy of Sciences, Writers' Union and Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan on the organization and holding the II International festival of art of bakhsha in 2021 in the city of Nukus (further - the Festival).
2. To organizing committee for preparation and the holding the International festival of art of bakhsha approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 1, 2018 No. PP-3990 (A. N. Aripov):
a) take necessary measures for holding the Festival in the Republic of Karakalpakstan at high organizational and art level;
b) in coordination with Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
take measures for step-by-step holding in the future the International festival of art of bakhsha in other regions of the republic;
in view of sanitary and epidemiologic situation to determine date of the International festival of art of bakhsha in the current year and in the years ahead.
3. Make changes and additions to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
