About measures for development of renewable and hydrogen power in the Republic of Uzbekistan
Today the structure of need for energy resources changes, in particular upon transition from hydrocarbonic resources to renewable energy resources urgent is question of development of hydrogen power.
At the same time, the analysis of condition of the sphere shows availability of the problems connected with providing in the republic of effective, resource-saving and ecologically safe economy in the conditions of climate change.
In particular, the accelerated industrialization and growth of population in notable degree increase the need of economy for energy resources, and also increase negative anthropogenous impact on the environment.
Strengthening of energy security of the republic requires creation of necessary conditions for expansion of opportunities of use of renewable energy resources and stable development of hydrogen power, including strengthening of scientific capacity of this sphere.
For the purpose of creation of infrastructure of hydrogen power of the republic, increase in effectiveness of scientific and practical researches in spheres of renewable and hydrogen power, widespread introduction of innovative technologies in production, and also ensuring transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to "green" economy:
1. Approve offers of the Ministry of innovative development, the Department of Energy, Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty on creation:
National research institution of renewable energy resources in case of the Department of Energy (further - Institute) - based on International Institute of Solar Energy LLC of Academy of Sciences;
Research center of hydrogen power and Laboratory on testing and certification of technologies of renewable and hydrogen power in structure of Institute.
2. Form the Interdepartmental commission on development of renewable and hydrogen power (further - the Commission) in structure according to appendix No. 1 and to assign to it the following tasks:
coordination of the organization of activities of Institute;
