to the Order of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2019 No. 197

The changes made to some regulatory legal acts of FCS of Russia concerning the organization of activities of customs authorities of the Russian Federation

1. Bring in the General provision about regional customs authority approved by the order of FCS of Russia of May 31, 2018 No. 832 (27.09.2018, registration No. 52275), the following changes is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation:

1) in Item 6:

a) in subitem 8 of the word "No. 18, of Art. 2557" shall be replaced with words "No. 31, of Art. 4852";

b) in subitem 19 to replace the word "areas" with the word to "sphere";

c) state subitem 20 in the following edition:

"20) the organization and control of administration by subordinate customs authorities of customs duties, taxes and other payments which collection is assigned to customs authorities, adherences to deadlines of implementation of returns (offsettings) of money;";

d) add with subitems 20.1 - 20.10 following contents:
