About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Include in structure of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry Milbelteks limited liability company.
2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. to add the Section "Non-state Legal Entities" of appendix to the Charter of the Belarusian state concern on the production and sales of goods of light industry approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 1994 No. 99, with Item 108 of the following content:
"108. Milbelteks limited liability company.";
2.2. in appendix 2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980 "Questions of the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus":

add appendix with Items 60 and 61 of the following content:
