About streamlining of activities of the Northern center for emergency response of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of structure of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 87 and 92 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Transform public institution "Northern center for emergency response" of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic to the state company "Northern Center for Emergency Response" of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve the Charter of the state company "Northern Center for Emergency Response" of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 10, 2021 No. 87 the following change:
- to state the scheme of management of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
