According to Item 3 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of January 29, 2021 No. 1159-IX "About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" rather state registration of medicines under obligations for the emergency medical application", to Item 3 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of March 19, 2021 "About modification of article 9-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" rather state registration of vaccines or other medical immunobiological supplies under obligations" and to Item 24 of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 1353-IX:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.02.2022 No. 137

2. Determine that:

1) the means received in special fund of the government budget at the expense of the sources determined by Item 9 of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" go in 2021 in the amount of 55920 thousand hryvnias to the Ministry of Health for implementation of the state compensation of the harm connected with complications which can arise after vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus by establishment to the Ministry of Health on special fund of the government budget of amount of expenses of consumption in the amount of 55920 thousand hryvnias according to the new budget program by the balance formed as of January 1, 2021 according to the program 3511380 "Fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects";
