Some questions of ensuring functioning of effective purchasing system of medicines, medical products and supportive applications to them and the state compensation of harm

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure of the state compensation of the harm connected with the complications which arose after use of medicines or vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus which is applied.

2. Determine that:

1) in case of establishment to face of group of the disability connected with the complications which arose after use of medicines or vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus payment according to this resolution is carried out one-timely in the following sizes:

The 400-fold size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established for January 1 of calendar year - for persons with disability of the I group;

The 350-fold size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established for January 1 of calendar year - for persons with disability of the II group;

The 300-fold size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established for January 1 of calendar year - for persons with disability of III group;

2) in case of the death of person which came owing to use of medicines or vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus to family members, parents, dependents of the dead, makes payment in connection therewith by the resolution in 750-fold size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established for January 1 of calendar year;
