Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving of October 22, 2002 No. 112 "About approval of Basic provisions on regulation of specific expenses of fuel and energy resources in social production", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 7, 2002 for No. 878/7166.

2. Power - and resursoeffektivny policy in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to management concerning forming submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine concerning the European integration Yaroslav Demchenkov.
