According to the Law of Ukraine "About energy saving" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 No. 786 "About procedure for regulation of specific expenses of fuel and energy resources in social production"
I ORDER:
1. Approve Basic provisions on regulation of specific expenses of fuel and energy resources in social production which are applied.
2. To management of legal and normative support of energy saving (Small M.V.) in ten-day time after registration of the order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to report to the State inspectorate for energy saving, the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations Basic provisions on regulation of expenses of fuel and energy resources in social production.
3. Abolish the order of the State committee on energy saving of October 14, 1997 No. 93 "About approval of Basic provisions on regulation of specific expenses of fuel and energy resources in social production".
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee of Zhovtyansky VA.
