RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About approval of the inventory which cannot be placed in customs regime of temporary import with conditional partial release from the taxation customs payments provided that the term of their operation ended

According to part eight of Article 106 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the inventory which cannot be placed in customs regime of temporary import with conditional partial release from the taxation customs payments provided that the term of their operation ended which is applied.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to notify on contents of the list approved by this resolution, Depositary of the Convention on temporary import of June 26, 1990.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except line items "8606 10 00 00" and "8606 99 00 00" the list approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2022.
