About introduction of amendments to the Law on grapes and wine No. 57/2006
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on grapes and wine No. 57/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 2 in the concept "counterfeited wine product" of the word "technical regulations" shall be replaced with words "other regulations,".
2. In part (1) Article 7 of the word "to the technical regulation approved by the Government." shall be replaced with words "to the regulation approved by the Government.".
3. In part (8-1) Articles 10 of the word "the technical regulation approved by the Government." shall be replaced with words "the regulation approved by the Government.".
4. In part (2) Articles 21, parts (5) Articles 33, Items f) and i) parts (Article 36 of the word "technical regulations" shall be replaced with words 2) "other regulations", and in part (1) Article 27 of the word "technical regulations". shall be replaced with words "other regulations.".
5. In part (2) Articles 28, parts (1) Article 33 and Item е) parts (Article 36 of the word of "technical regulations" shall be replaced with words 2) "other regulations", and in Item and) parts (3) Article 33 of the word to "technical regulations", shall be replaced with words "to other regulations,".
6. In all text of the law of the word "technical regulation" shall be replaced with words "regulation" in the corresponding number and case.
7. In part (2) Article 32:

Item j) after words of "products received on the basis of must" add with words of "the flavored grape and wine-making products";
