About approval of the Procedure at the expense of means of the government budget of the payments connected with involvement by customs authority of specialists and experts for participation in implementation of customs control
According to part four of Article 327 of Chapter 47 the Section X of the Customs code of Ukraine, I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:
1. Approve the Procedure at the expense of means of the government budget of the payments connected with involvement by customs authority of specialists and experts for participation in implementation of customs control which is applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
