About introduction of amendments to the Law on the market of oil products No. 461/2001

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the market of oil products No. 461/2001 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 40-49, 82), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. State Article 4 in the following edition:

"Article 4. Formation of prices of oil products

(1) Sales prices of main types of oil products and the liquefied gas are established by business entities based on the Methodology of calculation and use of the prices of oil products developed and approved by National regulation agency in power according to the current legislation and taking into account General rules of calculation and use of the prices of main types of the oil products provided in appendix 2 to this law.

(2) Supervision of observance by importers and sellers of main types of oil products and the liquefied gas of Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products is performed by National regulation agency in power.".

2. Part (1) Article 13 to recognize invalid.

3. In part (Article 20 of the word "in appendix to this law." shall be replaced with words 2) "in appendix 1 to this law.".

4. To consider appendix to the law appendix 1.

5. Add the law with appendix 2 following of content:

General rules of calculation and use of the prices of main types of oil products

Maximum prices of retail sale of main types of oil products are calculated for 1 liter separately by each type of the imported oil products and each batch of the imported oil products on formula:

                                                                 PC = (PL * CV) / K + MC + AC + TVA,

where:

PC - maximum price of retail sale of main types of oil products, lei/litre;
