About medical accreditation of the organizations of health care
Based on part three of Article 12-1, of part four of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 "About health care" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 2435-XII
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out medical accreditation of the organizations of health care it (is applied).
2. Determine the list of the state organizations of health care, subjects of medical accreditation, types of the medical care provided by them by profiles of diseases, conditions, syndromes according to appendix.
Circulation periods of the state organizations of health care behind receipt of the certificate on medical accreditation are established by the Ministry of Health according to the schedule approved by it.
3. Determine that to the state organizations of health care subordinated to the Ministry of Health, local executive and administrative organs, not last repeatedly in accordance with the established procedure medical accreditation on compliance to basic criteria of medical accreditation allocation of financing from the republican or local budget the following financial year on current expenses stops (except for utilities) on rendering types of medical care on profiles of diseases, conditions, syndromes on which there is no certificate on compliance of the organization of health care to basic criteria of medical accreditation.
4. This resolution becomes effective since July 23, 2021.
