3) the qualifier of nature of the transaction according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the qualifier of feature of the external economic transaction according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) the qualifier of commodity codes, the containing intellectual property items filled in the second and third subsections of column 33 of the declaration on goods according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) the qualifier of documents and the data used for electronic filing of application on protection of the rights of intellectual property items according to appendix 6 to this order.";
