Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 1993 No. 2341-XII "About internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1. State Article 18 in the following edition:

"Article 18. Conditions and limits of use of physical force, special means, military and special equipment, application and use of weapon

Military personnel of internal troops in case of accomplishment of the tasks assigned to them has the right to use physical force, special means, the military and special equipment, to apply and use weapon taking into account the developing situation, nature of crime, administrative offense and the identity of the offender, being guided by requirements of this Law.

To use of physical force, special means, the military and special equipment, weapon shall precede accurately expressed and obvious to person against which they can be applied, the warning of intention to apply them with provision of sufficient time to accomplishment of legal requirements, except as specified, when the delay in their application creates direct danger to life of the serviceman of internal troops or other citizens or can entail other heavy effects.

The military personnel of internal troops who is carrying out the tasks assigned to them in condition of justifiable defense or emergency in case of absence at them special means, the military and special equipment, weapon or impossibility of their application has the right to use make-shifts for reflection of socially dangerous encroachments.
