About modification of the Regulations on the State agency of infrastructure projects of Ukraine

Make changes to the Regulations on the State agency of infrastructure projects of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 2016 No. 714 "Some questions of implementation of infrastructure projects" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 83, of the Art. 2729), having stated Items 9 and 11 in the following edition:
"9. Ukrinfraproyekt is headed by the Chairman who is appointed to position and is dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation on public service.";
"11. The chairman of Ukrinfraproyekt has deputies, including one first which are appointed to position and are dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation on public service.".
