According to the laws of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" "About oil and gas" and "About pipeline transport" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on oil transportation, oil products the bulk distribution line approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of February 16, 2017 No. 202, which are applied.
2. To licensees which perform economic activity on oil transportation, of oil products the bulk distribution line to bring the economic activity into accord with requirements of this resolution and within three months from the date of its entry into force to submit to NKREKP documents which add the list of the documents enclosed to the application for receipt of the license.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its promulgation following behind day on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.
