About measures for further support of entrepreneurship and development of engineering and communication networks in the Tashkent region

For the purpose of ensuring with financial resources of further support of entrepreneurship and development of engineering and communication networks in the Tashkent region:

1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty and the Ministry of Finance on allocation at the expense of Fund of reconstruction and development (further - Fund) funds in equivalent of 100 million US dollars for development of entrepreneurship, improvement of system of heat supply, networks of drinking water supply and the sewerage, and also work on construction and repair of highways in the Tashkent region.

2. Allocate the funds specified in Item 1 of this resolution on:

a) support of business activity within the Each Family — the Entrepreneur program according to requirements of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 27, 2021 No. PP-5041 "About the additional measures performed within development programs of family entrepreneurship" - in equivalent of 50 million US dollars;

b) improvement of system of heat supply, networks of drinking water supply and the sewerage, work on construction and repair of highways, and also strengthening of material and technical resources of managements of improvement of areas (cities) of the Tashkent region - in equivalent of 50 million US dollars. Including on:

recovery and development of system of heat supply - in equivalent of 19 million US dollars;

improvement of networks of drinking water supply and the sewerage - in equivalent of 17 million US dollars;

works on construction and repair of highways - in equivalent of 10 million US dollars;

ensuring improvement with additional modern special vehicles of managements of areas (cities) of the Tashkent region - in equivalent 4 million US dollars.
