Based on the paragraph of the third item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 11, 2008 No. 374 "About some questions of the state support of the population" and subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2017 No. 57 "About approval of the Instruction on assessment of accomplishment of standard rates of the state social standards in the field of trade and public catering" the following changes:
to exclude from preamble of the word "Questions of the Ministry of Anti-monopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus";
in Item 1:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
To be reworded as follows the instruction on assessment of accomplishment of standard rates of the state social standards in the field of trade and public catering approved by this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
