About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2018 No. 399

According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. In the third column of group of the 19th goods item No. 399 "About rates of import customs duties of the Republic of Tajikistan" figure "10" to replace 1902 appendices 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2018 with figure "20".

2. To provide to the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments reasons for influence of negative effects of import of pasta on domestic manufacturers and food security for further transfer to the secretariat of the World Trade Organization and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to inform the secretariat of the World Trade Organization and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.

4. Enact this resolution since January 1, 2022.
