1. In appendix 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2018 No. 399 "About rates of import customs duties of the Republic of Tajikistan" to make the following changes:
- in the third column of group of the 02nd goods item to replace the 0207th figure "10" with figure "20";
- in the third column of group 24 of figure "5", "23", "2,5" and "18" respectively to replace with figures "10", "46", "5" and "36".
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the secretariat of the World Trade Organization and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.
3. Enact this resolution in one month after official publication.
