ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 9, 2018 No. 302

According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. In the third column of group 24 of appendix 1 to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 9, 2018 "Rates of the excise tax and "35" respectively to replace No. 302 with the separate goods made in the Republic of Tajikistan and figures of "8,5", "9,8" imported into the Republic of Tajikistan" with figures "17", "19" and "70".

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the secretariat of the World Trade Organization and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.

3. Enact this resolution in one month after official publication.
