For the purpose of support of employees of scientific institutions, and also I decide increases in prestigiousness of their profession:
1. Raise since July 1, 2006 for 20 percent the salary to employees of scientific institutions which compensation is determined by the Single scale of charges.
2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- dig up necessary resources for execution of Item 1 of this Decree;
- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
