1. Increase (to form) share of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capitals of joint-stock companies on the amount of the state support provided from the republican budget in 2020 according to appendix.
In case of absence at joint-stock companies of own means increase (education) in share of the Republic of Belarus in their authorized funds is performed in the years ahead in the presence of own means.
2. To the Ministry of Architecture, concern Belarusian production trade forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry together with the State committee on property till September 1, 2021 to provide in accordance with the established procedure the solution of the questions connected with transfer into the ownership of the Republic of Belarus of shares of the joint-stock companies emitted according to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
