About modification of the Regulations on the State inspection of energy supervision of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the State inspection of energy supervision of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2018 No. 77 "Some questions of the State inspection of energy supervision of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 18, the Art. 610), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State inspection of energy supervision of Ukraine

1. In the subitem 2 of item 4:

The paragraph of the eighth after words "the observance established" to add 1) with words "regulatory legal acts and";

The paragraph the eleventh after words of "regulating documents" to add 2) with words ", regulations and rules".

2. Add Item 5 with the subitem 9 of the following content:

"9) is provided in accordance with the established procedure by self-representative office of Gosenergonadzor in courts and other bodies through persons, representatives to be effective from his name, including through officials of legal service of the office of Gosenergonadzor, and also provides representation of interests of Gosenergonadzor in courts and other bodies through representatives.".

3. In Item 6:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in subitem 1 of the word of "the corresponding regulatory legal acts and regulating documents" "regulatory legal acts, regulations and rules";
