I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 15, 2020 No. 145 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "The Conclusion of Authorized Body of State Members of the Eurasian Economic Union on Transit of Dangerous Wastes through Customs Area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 20875, it is published on June 22, 2020 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following change:

The rules of rendering the state service "The Conclusion of Authorized Body of State Members of the Eurasian Economic Union on Transit of Dangerous Wastes through Customs Area of the Eurasian Economic Union" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of state policy in waste management of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective before the expiration of sixty calendar days after day of their first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Rules of rendering the state service "The Conclusion of Authorized Body of State Members of the Eurasian Economic Union on Transit of Dangerous Wastes through Customs Area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further - Rules), are developed according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for rendering the state service "The Conclusion of Authorized Body of State Members of the Eurasian Economic Union on Transit of Dangerous Wastes through Customs Area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further - the state service).

2) copy of the contract (agreement) of purchase and sale of waste or other contract of alienation between participants of the foreign trade transaction;

3) the copy of the contract between the exporter and the producer or the importer and the consumer of goods when the applicant mediates;
